Meet Ian

What matters most to me in my work is that people feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I believe meaningful healing begins when we take the time to explore everything that is influencing a person’s health and quality of life.

Chiropractic is central to holistic wellbeing — supporting the body to regain its natural function and resilience.

Beyond symptom relief, the journey people go on through care often helps them recognise how to live in a way that is truly congruent with long-term health, balance, and wellbeing.

The people I most often help are those who sense that their body is no longer functioning the way it once did. Pain may be part of the picture, but more often it’s a deeper frustration — a feeling that they can’t handle life, work, or daily demands the way they used to. Many have already tried a range of helpful approaches, yet still feel something is missing.
What they’re often looking for is someone who can step back, see the whole picture, and help pull everything together into a clear and thoughtful plan. My role is to help people work with their body more wisely, so they can maximise their healing potential and regain confidence in how their body functions.

What makes my approach different is a genuinely holistic view of health, guided by tools that allow me to assess the nervous system directly. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I look at how the brain and body are communicating and adapting as a whole. At the centre of my work is a deep belief in the body’s innate capacity to heal, and in people’s ability to change for the better when they are supported in the right way.

Over the years, I’ve learned that an injured or overwhelmed body has an extraordinary capacity to improve — sometimes very quickly, and often gradually over time. What has become increasingly clear to me is the value of regular chiropractic care combined with conscious lifestyle upscaling. In the modern Western world, health is no longer something we can simply assume will hold itself. Chiropractic is not only a powerful tool to support healing — it carries a reliable philosophy that restores wisdom, order, and clarity in an increasingly demanding environment.

Outside the practice, I’m many things. I’m a father to three beautiful children, and a husband to my wife of 25 years, who has been my greatest ally and source of love. I’m deeply drawn to the journey of spiritual faith and to being shaped and changed over time. Most of my friends, however, would probably describe me as the mountain biker, surfer, petrol head, and someone who deeply values solitude and time in nature.

If you’re unsure whether to book, I want you to feel reassured that healing is a journey we take together. If you’re willing to learn, adapt, and allow your body to reorganise, I will walk alongside you to help maximise your healing potential — so you can experience greater energy, function, and a richer quality of life.
